Cancellations
Unfortunately we cannot process any cancellations once the order has been placed. All orders are final.
Returns + Exchanges
You have a 7-day window from the date of receiving your purchase to initiate a return. To qualify for a return, the item should remain in its original, unopened, and unused condition and must be accompanied by the original packaging or packaging that is nearly identical, along with all included accessories.
To initiate a return, kindly reach out to us at info@thehouseofbloc.com with your order number and provide the reason for your return. We will then furnish you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Please be aware that you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and considering purchasing shipping insurance to safeguard your shipment.
After we have received and inspected the returned item, we will promptly inform you about the approval or rejection of your return request. If the return is approved, you will be issued a full store credit code for use on our website.
Faulty or damaged products:
If there is any fault or damage with your order please contact us with your order number and photos/videos of the damage/fault. We will ship you a replacement of your item at no extra cost to you.
Exceptions:
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been personalised or custom orders
- Gift cards
We also reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet the above criteria.
